Who we are

Luminary Collective is a brand of Hannah Christine LLC, based in Saint Augustine, Florida. Coaching is provided by Hannah Erwin. You can reach me anytime at info@luminarycollectiveco.com.

Coaching, not medical care

My coaching is exercise instruction, habit coaching, and education. It is not medical care, physical therapy, mental health treatment, or medical nutrition therapy, and nothing I share is a diagnosis or a substitute for care from a licensed professional.

I never advise on medication, dosing, lab results, or treatment. If you are working with a medical provider, including for weight loss, your provider manages your medical care, and any medical question goes back to them.

Your health and safety

Before we train, you complete a health history and the PAR-Q safety screening, and you sign a liability waiver. If anything in your screening calls for medical clearance, we wait until you have it.

Please tell me right away about any change in your health, medications, injuries, or symptoms. Stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and let me know. Exercise carries some risk, and by joining coaching you agree to train within your limits and follow the guidance of your medical providers.

Your commitment and billing

Coaching begins with a 12-week commitment, billed every 4 weeks through Stripe, which is three payments. You can also pay for all 12 weeks up front at a discount.

After your first 12 weeks, your membership continues every 4 weeks, with a new plan and progress review every 12 weeks. Payments renew automatically until you cancel.

Founding clients keep their founding price for as long as their membership stays active. If you cancel and return later, current pricing applies.

Cancelling

After your first 12 weeks, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice by emailing me. Your coaching continues through the end of that notice period.

During your first 12 weeks, the remaining payments for that commitment are still due if you stop early. If a medical reason keeps you from training, please reach out. I will work with you to pause or adjust your plan.

Refunds

Because coaching time and personal plans are created for you as we go, payments for coaching already provided are not refunded. If you have a concern about your coaching, please tell me directly so I can make it right.

Sessions and scheduling

Live sessions are one hour, in person in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine area or online. Please reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Sessions missed without 24 hours' notice may not be made up. If I ever need to reschedule, we will find a new time that works for you.

Membership can be paused for travel, illness, or life changes by arrangement with me.

Communication

Weekly check-ins are answered within 24 hours, and messages are answered on weekdays. Messaging is for coaching support, not emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.

Results

Every body is different. Progress depends on many things, including consistency, sleep, stress, health, and factors outside our control. I cannot guarantee specific results, and any results I share are individual.

Classes and events

Community classes and events require a signed waiver. Your first class is free. Photos and video may be taken at events for Luminary Collective's social media. If you would rather not appear, tell me and I will keep you out of frame.

Privacy

I collect the information you share with me, such as your contact details, health history, goals, and progress, only to coach you well. I do not sell your information. I share it only with your permission, or when the law requires it.

Payments are processed by Stripe, and scheduling is handled by Calendly. Their own privacy policies apply to the information you give them. You can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete your information.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms as Luminary Collective grows. If a change affects your membership, I will tell you before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
